Obstacle

How do you define a company's culture? How can we avoid negative behavior in groups and encourage positive behavior? For many startups, the solution was simple: writing down in a document the values and behaviors that they wanted to be shared within the company. The name of this document: Culture Code.

Organize a dedicated meeting with your teams

The stated purpose of this meeting is to define the culture of the team or department. You can explain that you want the team to share the behaviors and values that each member wants to see in each other on a daily basis.

Find with your team 5-10 key values

Here is a list that you can use to inspire you:
